You're invited to "I AM LOVE"... an empowering rooftop wellness experience hosted by Black Om &Melanin+. Get ready for some movement, mindfulness, food, drinks, networking, and good vibes. The wellness session will be a beautiful blend of a yoga flow to loosen your body & an affirmations workshop to help you manifest everything you want.

We're excited to share that we have some amazing sponsors for this event... food will be provided by Hart House, yoga mats from lululemon, champagne provided by Luc Belaire and Eternal Water will keep us hydrated!

Also, wellness-themed prizes will be raffled, massages will be available, and vendors will be present so that you can shop and support small businesses.
